Even though we print each order as it's placed, we make every effort to ship wall stickers within 2 business days and growth charts within 5 business days but this is not a guarantee. We print each customer's order as the order is placed and delays in shipping can be caused by printing defects, material defects, material shortages and/or manufacturing defects that require your order to be reprinted and remanufactured which will add a couple of days to the shipping time. Also, orders with Growth Charts and Wall Stickers will be shipped at the same time in 5 business days.

Can MyGrowingChild growth charts be personalized?
All of our growth charts can be personalized with your child's name and/or birthdate. Because of our printing methods, we have the ability to personalize our growth charts for a very low price of $2.00. For more information visit our Personalized Charts page.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Because of the custom nature of our products, we print each product when it is ordered. This process typically takes 5 business days for growth charts and 2 business days for wall stickers and adhesive letters. Our Wood growth charts are shipped by FedEx. All other products are shipped by US Postal Service. For orders shipping within the United States, it will take from 1 to 5 days for your order to arrive after it has been shipped depending on how far you live from Arizona. International orders (including Canada) can take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive. International orders can be shipped by Priority Mail for an extra $12.00 US. This will shorten the shipping time to 6 to 10 days.

How long will the products last?
Making the products last for your child's entire childhood was very important in the development of our products. Our products are made from high quality vinyl and printed with high quality inks. We know that our customers want growth charts that look good year after year. The inks used on our products are UV resistant and water resistant. We also add a UV laminate over the printed image which completely protects the image from water and scratches. This means the products are durable, waterfast and colorfast. The products should last for years with normal use.

How accurate are your charts?
We make every effort to make the scale on our growth chart accurate. Due to our manufacturing process, there are some variances in the accuracy of the scale. Our growth chart should remain accurate to within 1/4" in length. If the growth chart is mounted with the 4ft mark accurately measured, the top and bottom of the chart should be accurate to within 1/8" each.

Keep in mind when measuring the height of your child, there are variances that can be greater than these. Your actual measurement may change depending on what time of the day the measurement is made, how straight the child stands, what type of floor (carpet, hard), etc.

How straight will the charts hang
This would be the biggest concern for Dowel rod charts. These charts are only supported at the top using a dowel rod. All the other charts can be mounted on both the top and the bottom.

Although we try to make our charts hang perfectly straight, they may curl at the bottom. We are continually testing new materials that will result in growth charts that will consistently hang straight.

Do you have any Brand Name, Movie or TV character products
Manufacturing and selling products with Brand Names or popular movie or TV characters requires licensing. We are not currently looking to do licensed products.

Are the wall stickers removable
Our wall stickers are printed on vinyl with a 'removable' adhesive. To allow our stickers to work with the largest variety of paints and surface textures, we use a fairly aggressive 'removable' adhesive. Our stickers will come off most walls without damaging the walls or leaving a sticky residue. How removable our stickers are depends on the surface (texture, brand of paint) and how long the sticker remains in the same position. If you are concerned about the removability of the sticker, you may want to test the surface using a single sticker for a couple of days before applying all of the stickers.

Can the Wall Stickers be repositioned
Yes, the adhesive on our stickers is removable allowing you to remove the sticker from the wall and place it in another locaton. This will allow you to test the placement of the stickers then move them if you want to make adjustments or even redecorate the room if you get tired of the way it looks.

Can I mix colors on the wall sticker sheet
This is a very common request. The answer is simply 'Yes'. We have mixed colors (bold colors, pastel colors, etc.) of many of our stickers available on the web site but many times customers only want a few of the colors or colors different from those offered. Without having to buy a sheet of each color, multiple colors can be mixed on a single sheet by specifying the colors in the 'Special Instructions' field before adding the item to the shopping cart. For example, if the customer only wanted Orange, Red and Yellow for a circle sticker sheet they would enter 'Please print colors Orange, Red and Yellow' in the 'Special Instructions' field then add the item to the shopping cart. When the item is printed, those colors will be printed instead of the selected color. We don't offer custom colors so make sure all the colors entered match the available color names for the item.

Can the wall stickers be used in the bathroom
Our wall stickers should work fine in the bathroom. Our stickers are printed with water resistant ink then laminated to protect the image making our stickers almost completely water proof. I would not recommend putting them on the bottom of the bathtub. We have not tested our stickers for use as a non-slip surface.

What types of pens will write on the products?
Our products are covered with a very durable UV laminate to protect the images on them. Permanent markers that are designed to write on glass or plastic will work well. Some ball point pens also write well on the vinyl.

Do you ship to Internationally?
Yes, we ship our products using the Postal Service so we can ship to a number of countries for a low shipping price.

Do you ship overnight?
We do not stock our products and ship them from inventory. Because of the wide selection and custom nature of our products each product is made as it is ordered. This process typically takes 2 business days for stickers and 5 business days for growth charts. Because of this delay caused by the manufacturing of the products, we don't offer overnight shipping.

How closely do the colors shown on the web site match the printed colors?
Not all computers display the colors accurately. If you are trying to accurately match colors, please fill out our Color Sample Request page and we will send you color samples that you can use to determine the correct colors before placing your order.

What if I want to return the product?
We believe that we have a very fair Return Policy. Because of the large variety of customizable options for our products, all of our products are custom printed when they are ordered. Most manfucaturers to not accept any returns for custom items. Please read our Return Policy for complete details.
