Return Policy
At My Growing Child, Inc. we try to provide a return policy that is both fair to our
customers and to us. We hope that our return policy below does just that.
Avoid Returns by Contacting Us First.
Not all computers display the colors accurately. If you are trying
to accurately match colors, please fill out our
Color Sample Request page and we will send you color samples that you can use
to determine the correct colors before placing your order.
Also, if you have ANY questions regarding our products, please contact us before placing your
order. We are always happy to assist you. You can find our contact information by going
to our Contact Us page.
OUR RETURN POLICY:
When can Items be Returned: We will not accept returns older than 30 days from the date of shipment. (Exceptions can
be made on a case-by-case basis and each case is decided by our sole discretion.)
How to Return Items: Please contact us regarding your return before shipping the product back to us. When
returning your product, please include your name, the order reference number and the reason
for the return (won't fit, colors won't work, too many, etc.).
Return Fees:
When an item is returned, you will receive a refund for the item less a 20% return fee.
All of our products are custom made for each
customer and we believe a small return fee is a fair balance considering most
retailers won't accept any returns on custom items.
Refund with Discounts If a discount code/coupon was used for the purchase and returning the item
for a refund disqualifies the discount, the discount amount will be deducted
from the refund.
Shipping Fee Refunds: Original shipping and handling fees, as well
as return shipping charges are non-refundable.
International Refunds: For items shipped outside of the United States,
import duties and taxes that the customer pays are not refundable.
Phone/Mailed Orders: For orders placed over the phone, an email confirmation is sent (if an email address is provided).
Please thoroughly check the information on the confirmation and notify us immediately of any errors
or ommisions so that the order can be corrected before it is printed and shipped. If an email address
is not provided or if the customer does not check the confirmation for errors, any errors found
after the items are shipped are considered customer errors and the 20% return fee above will apply.
Incorrect/Damaged Items: In the rare instance that the product received does not match the product that was ordered, or
if the items were damaged in shipping, we will replace the items free of charge.
